Just because you can do more doesn't mean you need to do more. Organise and prioritise.

Recently I've come to realise that no matter how productive, how ultra-efficient, ultra-effective I can become with my work and studies, it is not then an opportunity to add more.

Real productivity lies in doing what you enjoy the most in the most efficient way possible so that, provided everything you have to do is also done, you can rest.

It can become easy to think that you should always be doing something to further your career every waking moment of your life. But you can and do need to say no sometimes - organise and prioritise.
